Jia Elizabeth Dixit is an actor and singer based in New York city. She is a rising senior at Columbia University where she is double majoring in Drama and Theatre Arts, and History. She aims to combine her passions for theatre and South Asian history to create art that is engaging, relevant and inclusive. She grew up in Mumbai and hopes to prioritise multi-cultural lenses in her art.

Recently, she spent a semester in the Spring of 2026 engaging in conservatory style training at the British American Drama Academy in London. She has been lucky to stage manage for How To Trap A Cockroach by Isabel Mehta this summer as a part of The Chain's One-Act Festival, where she has broadened her understanding of theatre and worked with an exceptional group of artists to tell a story rooted in the South Asian immigrant experience.
